Our compact trailer has been built to represent the beauty of Italy, with our Wood-Fired oven bringing those ingredients to life, it's not just the aroma that will captivate guests, it's the element of Theatre brought to your special day.

Your traditional Italian experience begins with our meticulously crafted dough, proved to perfection, hand-stretched & topped with fresh ingredients, all fired to a light & crispy perfection within our Wood Fired Oven.
