All staff are DBS-checked, uniformed, and trained in emergency response, safeguarding, and effective patient care. We conduct a full risk assessment when needed, help integrate with your event’s safety planning, and offer multilingual support. Every package is tailored to your specific requirements—whether you need a solo medic for a small event or a full medical team for high-capacity venues.     Our pricing may vary depending on the type of event, its location, and the required medical grade (e.g., First Aiders, EMTs, Paramedics). For events lasting 6 hours, we always charge for a minimum of 7 hours. This is because our team remains on site until the public has safely dispersed from the venue — ensuring full coverage and safety until the end of the event.

We provide custom quotes based on factors such as event size, risk level, location, required staffing levels, and medical equipment needs.
