“Antonio’s paella was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the event! Everyone kept talking about how rich and authentic the flavours were, you could really tell it was made with a lot of love and care. Antonio was not only professional but also super friendly and accommodating. He made sure everyone was looked after, including guests with dietary needs like vegetarians and those who are gluten-free, nothing was too much trouble.
